ONE DECIMAL PLACE FOR INPUTS
SnowDay now keeps fetched weather and manual entries to one decimal place across all five condition fields. Extra decimal digits are removed without rounding up.
– 12.39 becomes 12.3.
– A negative temperature such as -12.39 becomes -12.3.
– Temperature, wind, visibility, precipitation chance and liquid follow the same rule.
– Calculations use the numbers shown in the fields.
– Typed and pasted values follow the same format.
– Help explains what happens when a small liquid amount becomes 0.0 inches.
A positive liquid amount below 0.1 inches becomes zero. SnowDay then uses its precipitation-chance fallback, so check the liquid field before calculating when small amounts matter.
